Black History Month 2023

Black history is American history. Black History Month provides our community an opportunity to pay special and necessary attention to our history in order to to learn, dig deeper, and discover. In honor of Black History Month 2023, Wellspring United Methodist Church compiled together resources for all ages. The theme for this year focuses on Black Resistance: how Black Americans have resisted historic and ongoing oppression—in many forms—from America’s earliest days into the 21st century. We pray this resource page both blesses, enlightens, and challenges you.
