In the wake of Hurricane Helene, countless families are facing the overwhelming aftermath of this storm, UMCOR is supporting the efforts of conference disaster response ministries across the region. UMCOR-trained Early Response Teams (ERTs) are coordinating across the region to remove debris, tarp roofs and clean out homes. Cleaning and hygiene kits are being shipped and delivered to hard-hit areas.
Pray for all those impacted by this disaster, as well as first responders and volunteers. The road to recovery will be long, but together, we can bring hope and healing.
